The proposal adds new residential rental buildings, underground parking, and a central courtyard while upgrading the ground-plane experience.

Wind Tunnel Study

A digital model and physical wind tunnel model were created to compare existing conditions with the proposed development. Where comfort criteria were exceeded, Windtech recommended mitigation such as awnings and evergreen landscaping to improve wind conditions while respecting the design.
