They are Australian-owned; all work is completed at their Bungendore office without outsourcing or overseas shipping. Photos are air-cleaned before scanning. They offer consultations, courier pickup and delivery, three months of file backup, and professional scanning equipment.
How long will my order take?
Bulk scanning generally takes 10–15 days. Orders involving removal of photos from albums or scanning album pages take approximately two weeks. A delivery date is agreed upon when ordering, and customers are advised of delays.
How can we pay you?
You can pay either by Direct Bank Deposit or via STRIPE (Credit Card) Surcharge applies.
Do you outsource to another company or country?
No. All work is completed at their office and is not outsourced or sent overseas.
Which scanning resolution is the best for me.
It depends on printing and editing requirements. For most customers, the medium resolution—600 DPI for photos and 2400 DPI for film—is sufficient.
What Photo Scanning Resolutions do you offer?
Resolutions range from 300 DPI to ultra-high 4800 DPI. They can discuss the most suitable DPI for the customer’s needs.
What Film Scanning Resolutions do you offer?
Film can be scanned at 1200, 2400, 3600, or ultra-high 4800 DPI using professional Powerslide and Epson scanners.
Can I view the photo files on my television, computer or electronic photo frame?
Yes, on all three.
Do you clean the photos prior to scanning?
Yes. Loose photos are lightly sprayed with compressed air and brushed to remove dust before scanning.
How can I pay only 29c per photo scanned?
To qualify for our Shoebox Scanning pricing, simply send your loose photos in a single batch with no sorting required. Choose your preferred scanning resolution and enjoy professional photo scanning from just 29¢ per photo.
Do you return our photos, when the work is completed?
Yes. All originals are returned after completion, along with the customer’s USB flash drive.
I feel nervous using a courier. Can I drop off our photos in person?
